MISSION:

Chari-T2000 exists to assist Texas families with children (Birth-21) with developmental and medical needs in obtaining necessary services and equipment when the family cannot financially afford it and no other payer source is available. 

Services and equipment might include, but is not limited to, communication devices, therapy services, behavioral intervention, transportation services, home modifications, and durable medical equipment.

APPLICATIONS FOR ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING JULY 1, 2010.
