Chari-T2000 desires to give children, who are receiving rehabilitative services, the opportunity to make progress and reach their full potential.
Mission
Chari-T2000 exists to assist Texas families with children (Birth-21) with developmental and medical needs in obtaining necessary services and equipment when the family cannot financially afford it and no other payer source is available.
Applying for Assistance
Family should contact Chari-T2000 to complete application process and be interviewed by a social worker. If desired good or service is available through another local agency or non-profit entity, Chari-T2000 will assist in coordinating care through that entity as Chari-T2000 is committed to addressing unmet needs, not duplicating services. C2K will provide direct funding to help families obtain goods and services that are not available through another entity.
