At Therapy 2000, we know that stepping into clinical practice for the first time can feel daunting, and we wouldn’t have it any other way than to be right there with you. Every clinician on our team has had a first day, and we’ve built our new graduate experience around the support, mentorship, and structure that make all the difference.
New grads at Therapy 2000 can expect:
- A supportive clinical team leader who’s been in your shoes
- A structured clinical orientation with competency checks so you start with confidence
- Introduction to the interdisciplinary team so you better understand how we all work together
- Direct support for evaluations and treatment, plus weekly check-ins with your clinical team leader
- Mentorship in specialty areas including feeding, HRI, and AAC
- A caseload close to home and flexible scheduling
- In-house continuing education credits
- Quarterly social events to connect with your team
