A MESSAGE FROM THE DIVISION DIRECTOR
“As the Division Director for San Antonio, one of the things I value most about our team is the way our clinicians support one another. No matter where you are in your career, there’s comfort in working alongside people who understand the challenges, victories, and everyday moments that come with being a therapist — because we’ve all been there.”

WHY WORK WITH US?
At Therapy 2000, collaboration across disciplines is a huge part of our culture, and we work hard to create an environment where clinicians feel encouraged, connected, and supported every step of the way.
We believe professional growth should never stop, which is why we invest in mentorship, continuing education, free CEU opportunities, and leadership support designed to help our clinicians build confidence and expand their skills. We also understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, and we partner with our team members to help create schedules that work for their individual lives and goals.
One of the things that makes pediatric home health so rewarding is the variety of environments and experiences available to our clinicians. In addition to working in patients’ homes, our therapists may also have opportunities to provide care in PPECCs, ABA centers, daycares, and community settings. This variety not only keeps the work dynamic and engaging, but also allows clinicians to collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines while building meaningful relationships with children and families.

I had no intention of working in pediatrics or in a neuro setting… but their smiles melted my fears. Therapy 2000 has been my home health home since 2019. I love the support systems in place for the growth of each of our therapists.
Jessica V., PT, DPT, c/NDT
Physical Therapist, Clinical Manager
With T2K I love the support I receive, the friendships I have gained, and CEUs that are offered. I feel like I have a voice and am heard. I love the flexibility in scheduling and seeing my direct impact with the families I serve.
Corrie C., M.S., CCC-SLP
Clinical Manager, Speech Pathologist
One of the best things T2K offers is essentially unlimited CEUs — they pay for them and offer courses all year for free. There’s an entire Clinical Excellence Team dedicated to you and your CEUs.
