A MESSAGE FROM THE DIVISION DIRECTOR

Welcome to Therapy 2000 in East Texas! If you’re passionate about patient care and looking for a team that truly supports its therapists, we encourage you to learn more about joining us. Our East Texas division serves families in one of the largest geographic areas in the agency, from the Arkansas border in Texarkana and the Paris areas, to Marshall and Carthage, down beyond Lufkin and Nacogdoches toward the Big Thicket, west to Greenville and Kaufman, centrally to the Tyler and Longview areas, Palestine, Fairfield, and Buffalo, and everywhere in between! I’m especially proud of the East Texas Division and the incredible, supportive team we’ve built here. There’s something special about the way our team works together, embraces challenges, celebrates each other and always looks for ways to make a positive impact. We give back, we have fun, and we genuinely care about the patients and families in the communities we serve.

WHY WORK WITH US?

At Therapy 2000, collaboration across disciplines is a huge part of our culture, and we work hard to create an environment where clinicians feel encouraged, connected, and supported every step of the way.

We believe professional growth should never stop, which is why we invest in mentorship, continuing education, free CEU opportunities, and leadership support designed to help our clinicians build confidence and expand their skills. We also understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, and we partner with our team members to help create schedules that work for their individual lives and goals.

One of the things that makes pediatric home health so rewarding is the variety of environments and experiences available to our clinicians. In addition to working in patients’ homes, our therapists may also have opportunities to provide care in PPECCs, ABA centers, daycares, and community settings. This variety not only keeps the work dynamic and engaging, but also allows clinicians to collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines while building meaningful relationships with children and families.
