A MESSAGE FROM THE DIVISION DIRECTOR

At Therapy 2000, we believe that when clinicians feel supported, they are able to provide the very best care to the children and families they serve. As the Division Director for Fort Worth, I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritizes mentorship, ongoing education, CEU opportunities, and a culture of collaboration where every clinician is encouraged to grow personally and professionally.

Division Director — Fort Worth

WHY WORK WITH US?

At Therapy 2000, collaboration across disciplines is a huge part of our culture, and we work hard to create an environment where clinicians feel encouraged, connected, and supported every step of the way.

We believe professional growth should never stop, which is why we invest in mentorship, continuing education, free CEU opportunities, and leadership support designed to help our clinicians build confidence and expand their skills. We also understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, and we partner with our team members to help create schedules that work for their individual lives and goals.

One of the things that makes pediatric home health so rewarding is the variety of environments and experiences available to our clinicians. In addition to working in patients’ homes, our therapists may also have opportunities to provide care in PPECCs, ABA centers, daycares, and community settings. This variety not only keeps the work dynamic and engaging, but also allows clinicians to collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines while building meaningful relationships with children and families.
