Heather Pitner has been a Physical Therapist for twelve years, and has experience in a variety of settings including acute care, pediatric outpatient, schools, as well as geriatric and pediatric home health. She earned a Master’s of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from John Brown University. Since 2011, Heather has worked in management with Therapy 2000, and has enjoyed mentoring therapists in order to help them maintain T2K’s high standards of care. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
